· Are rigid panels are easily damaged by rocks and debris

· No consideration for maintaining the roof is designed into these systems

· Limited or no access to roof system for maintenance or repair

· Requires removal of system for roof replacement

Wind and Rigid Panels:

· In wind events the aerodynamics of the panels cause wind uplift

· This can lead to movement of the system and damage to the panels and building
